Here’s another Slimming World friendly soup. It’s syn free. It’s also so easy to make too which helps!
Ingredients: 300g chopped celery, 2 small onions diced, Frylight, 2 tsp chicken Bovril, 1tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove of garlic), 400ml boiling water
Method:
- Lightly fry the celery, onion and garlic in Frylight until tender.
- Add 2tsp of Bovril and 400ml boiling water to the pan.
- Bring to the boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Blitz with a hand blender…….easy!
More soups:
Always made celery and stultin cheese soup but the Marmite (or Bovril) give the kick without the syns! Love it!
